Shipping policy

We process and ship orders on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
Orders of $65 USD or more ship free. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee based on the destination country. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

All international shipments are delivered via DHL. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures and local courier conditions.

Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are unable to modify the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, reshipping fees may apply. Refunds for returned parcels will exclude original shipping charges.
