1.agete-global is a website (the “Site") operated by A&S Co., Ltd. (the “Company", "we").
2. The Company shall set forth the terms of use (the "Terms") for the services provided through the Site (the “Services") as follows, and shall be defined in Article 3 by the Users who use the Services. The same applies below.
Article 1 Scope and Modification of the Terms of Use
ⅰ.These Terms shall apply to all users with respect to the use of the Service.
ⅱ. The Company may change all or part of these Terms of Use from time to time by informing the Users of the changes to these Terms of Use and the contents of the revised Terms of Use and the effective date of the amended Terms of Use by posting on the Site or by e-mail or other appropriate means.

Article 3 Users
For the purposes of these Terms, "User" means a person who has agreed to and approved all the contents of these Terms of Use and searches, browses, or uses the Service such as images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, data, etc. ("Contents") provided by the Company.
Article 4 Suspension of Use of the Service

Article 5 Use of Personal Data

Article 6 Purchase of Products
ⅰ. Users may use the Service to purchase products and the Services ("Products, etc.").

ⅳ. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event of any misconduct or inappropriate act in connection with the use of the Service, GLOBAL-E JAPAN Co., Ltd. may cancel, terminate or take other appropriate measures regarding the sales contract.
ⅴ.Delivery of Products, etc. through the Service is limited to countries and regions separately specified by the Company.
Article 7 Payment Method
ⅰ. The amount paid by the purchaser for the purchase of the Products, etc. is the sum of the purchase price of the Products, etc. including consumption tax, shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, and handling fee related thereto.
ⅱ. Payment for Products, etc. purchased through the Service shall be made by credit card in the user's name (limited to credit cards accepted by GLOBAL-E JAPAN Co., Ltd.) or by a payment method separately approved by GLOBAL-E JAPAN Co., Ltd.
ⅲ. When payment is made by credit card, the terms and conditions separately contracted between the user and the credit card company shall apply. In the event of any dispute between the User and the credit card company, etc. in connection with the use of a credit card, the User and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving it.
Article 8 Return and Exchange of Products, etc.
ⅰ. Returns of Products, etc. shall be accepted only in the following cases:

Article 10 Disclaimer

(4) Acts that violate public order and morals, good faith, or other acts that violate laws or regulations.

Article 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

ⅲ. In the event of a dispute regarding the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the court of jurisdiction.
